For Instant Download items

All items that are marked as "instant download" will be delivered to you on the order confirmation page immediately after payment and a few minutes later by a link in the email address you gave us when purchasing

For Custom, Personalized Items

These printables or planners will have files that are manually created and uploaded by us within 1 BUSINESS DAY of your order. You will receive an email letting giving you the download link for access to your files.

If You Have both Instant Download and Personalized Items in the Same Order

You will receive the Instant Download product(s) immediately and the Personalized product(s) within 1 Business Day.
